Top 10 Albums of 2012…so far…

If the year ended today, there would need to be a top 10 albums of the year in place. So since 1/3 of the year is about over, we will go with what we got. This list is bound to change up several times before the actual end of the year hits. But for now this is how I see it:

So apparently I can’t post entire albums to Tumbler from Spotify. Therefore I am going to post my 2 favorite tracks from each album. These 8 albums will be featured today, in no particular order:

NEW MUSIC TUESDAY!!! So today I was a little bummed because there wasn’t anything coming out today that I was looking forward to checking out. So randomly I began sampling some things I’ve never heard of that came out today and stumbeled upon this Gem. Of Monsters And Men & their album My Head is an Animal is a Great find that I am really excited about. It’s rare for me to begin a record I’ve never heard of and be immediately captivated. They sound like a mix between Arcade Fire, Mumford & Sons, Florence & the Machine with a splash of Stars. I haven’t even gotten through the whole thing yet and I can’t wait to put it on repeat. Highly recommended, check it out!
